About Me
As a private chef, I draw on two decades of experience in fine dining restaurants and private dining events to bring an elevated and sophisticated approach to your celebration. I specialize in a “rustically refined” style to New American cuisine, which I garnered working with culinary masters such as Daniel Boulud, David Bouley and Andrew Tarlow.
My path into a wellness career was inspired by my deep passion for food and fitness and a personal struggle with years of chronic stress. Having studied under both ISSA and NASM, I take pride in being a personal trainer dedicated to helping others build peak performance to combat life’s challenges. I believe in building muscular and cardiovascular strength and endurance by focusing on movement patterns that translate outside of the gym floor. As a taekwondo athlete and active individual, I have learned firsthand the importance of nutrition and have seen it underestimated by many. This sparked a passion in me to help others fuel their bodies wisely through sound nutritional habits.
Food, fitness and nutrition are undeniably interconnected. These three hearts of physical wellness are essential and inseparable from the other. It brings me great joy and fulfillment to share them with you.
